Recruitment and selection is the process for fulfilling the demand of personnel in the organization identified in Human resource planning,based on the job specification and description identified in the job analysis process.
1. Recruitment is the process of searching of and securing applicant for the vacant job positions in the organization which arises time to time.
2. Where as Selection is concerned with the choosing the best applicant out of the secured candidates.
The whole process is known as Hiring,it also includes induction and orientation
