P_FLEX_DATA DEFAULTLY
FLEXSQL RETRIVES THE DATA FROM THE SEGMENTS AND POPULATE THE
SEGMENTS DATA INTO THE P_FLEX_DATA
FLEXIDVAL POPULATE THE DATA INTO THE LAYOUT FROM THE P_FLEX_DATA
