user not able to see his email address in GAL ,but able to
send and recieve emails.Why ?

The mailbox may be showed on the Server to disappear from
GAL. Usually these kind of mailboxes are used for
Organization communication purposes to keep the details
secure.
The details of this mailbox can only be seen only by the
recipient who has received the mail from that mailbox.
