In DC current-excitation to transformer, why it sucks more
current? Eventhough there is no power transfer between
primary and secondary? R is very low so it should suck less
current only na thn y its current increases?

Have you heard of Ohms Law?
I = E/R
Amps = Voltage/resistance
As you said, resistance is very low.
So what does the amperage do?
Wth DC current the transfromer is only a coil of wire.
