ESI and PF are often deducted from the Employees' salary. Assume in this case the Employer does not contribute any amount towards PF so it is conceived that Entire contribution of PF was made by employee.
Salary(Gross) A/c Dr
DA A/c Dr
HRA A/c Dr

To ESI Payable
To Employee ( Net Payment)
Net Payment entry
