What are the three C's for the present QA in the IT industry.
Answer Posted / dillip palai
There is no industry-wide standard associated with the three C's. Nevertheless, here are three that lend themselves to good ol' common sense:
1) Commitment: People with commitment simply care. Consequently they are not easily distracted and are more apt to maintain focus.
2) Communication: The right hand needs to know what the left hand is doing or order for there to be a coordinated effort. A great number of IT failures occur because their efforts were not in alignment with the organization's core objectives.
3) Capability: IT must keep pace with the constant evolution of technologies. People must be willing to learn and grow at a rapid rate. Everything hinges on a team's capacity to get the job done.
