How and when a build can be assigned to a Tester and who do
this responsibility? Is there any tool is used for

after completion of writing test cases the build will installed by system engineer or tester also do some times and there no tool for installing build, step by step procedure for installing a build will give the developer, according to developer document we have to install a build.
