How to configure Logon Groups in Application server?

Logon groups are used for load balancing on the application
server.
eg: if there are 1 central instance and 3 dialogue
application server. and you want users when they login to
use only 2 dialogue instance to prevent load on other
instances. Create a logon group and include this instances
under it.
