for 1 cum of 230mm thick brick work with ratio 1:5 please

Volume of Dry Mortar = 35% of volume of Brickwork
Volume of Mortar required = 0.35 + 1 = 1.35 cu.m.
Cement required = 1/6 X 1.35 = 0.225 cu.m. =6.8Bags
Sand required = 5/6 X 1.35 = 1.125 cu.m.
Bricks required = 500 Nos.
