PROCOPT - is the processing options of the program on that DB.

Examples:
G - Read-Only Access
I - Insert Allowed
R - Read/replace Access
D - Read/Delete Access
A - All Access
LS - Load Sequential in GSAM (HIDAM)
GS - Get Sequential in GSAM
