What is the distance between the EHV lines and also the
distance for earth ??
Answer Posted / k.prakashchandra
For EHV lines, the clearance above ground shall not be less
than 5.2mtr + 0.3mtr for every 33000 V or part thereof by
which the voltage of the line exceeds 33000 V, provided that
the minimum clearance along or across any street shall not
be less than 6.1mtr. And clearance between lines ( not
conductors),shall be not less than the height of the taller
tower above the ground.
