I want to create synonym for table emp but in my pc it is
giving insufficient previliges.I am using user scott.Please
suggest me.

STEP 4:

SQL> CREATE [PUBLIC] SYNONYM <SYN_NAME>
FOR <USER_NAME.ABLE_NAME>;
