hiding item in report how like that properly,thats manually
but at runtime i want to do

Yes, u can do by using of the format-trigger of that item on
which do u want to do the hide n seek .
write code and put condition then u return true then the
item will be shown and in such condition if u return false
then the item will not be shown at all.
