OUT BOUND: IT USED TO EXTRACT THE DATA FROM LEGACY SYSTEM OR EXISTING SYSTEM TO FLAT FILES IS CALLED OUT BOUND
IN BOUND: IT IS USED TO TRANSFER THE DATA FROM FLAT FILE TO ORACLE APPLICATIONS BASE TABLES
