Test Report is actually the test summary report. It includes
many things related to testing under process, like test
environment, test cases, test basis, SRS, test condition,
number of bugs reported, number of bugs fixed, test
coverage etc..... It is mainly done by Test lead but
sometimes it can also be done by senior tester.
Bug report is all about bug or defect found in sofware under
application only. It includes Status of bug, severity or
priority, version in which bug is found, environment(like
mozilla, google chrome, IE, etc.), assignee, assigned to,
bug Id number etc... It is done by tester.
