QC is a defect tracking + test management tool.
VSS - Its purely a Version control tool. Once a file is uploaded to VSS, then if you edit the file and try to save it a new version will be created by VSS.
Bugzilla - a defect tracking tool.
Team track - i have never heard of this tool ..
