What happens if the Capacitive Voltage Transformer Primary
neutral is not earthed. There is a CVT between Transformer
and source, and the CVT neutral of the transformer is not
earthed, does it effect the transformer while charging or
does it effect the transformer charging process.

if cvt connected between line and ground if neutral or ground is open then circuit is not complete and then capacitor does not store energy we not get voltage at transformer terminal so its not get charge and finally we donot get value of line voltage
