when we go for Assessment, will show the interstate purchase
value only. Hence Form C to be issued for goods purchase
value only & not for including CST. In some cases Freight
charges will be added in the invoice. In that case can we
issue for net value of Invoice ?

we are getting materials from outside the state and issuing form c to a local party, since the local party is consignee agent of party who sends the materials. what is name this type of transaction? is issuing form c correct and proper? please reply

I have a plot at Visakhapatnam. I have entered into a contract with a builder which enables him to construct 10 flats on the plot and builder and myself will share 50:50 of the constructed area. i.e. builder will get 5 and i will get 5 flats.
