hi everybody. right now i am working with thermal power
plant. our company plant is tripped because of program
corrupt. i would like to know is it possible when the plant
is running. we are using FREELANCE ABB800F CONTROLLER.

hi i have exprience in petrochemical and power plants
severly in dcs system there is no chance to have failure of
program because in dcs system ther will be two system one
will be master and another will be slave the running system
will be observed by master processor and if master
processor will currupt it will shows alarm to the system
and in same time slave system come in action due to failure
of master processor and in that curcumstrances we have to
check the master processor why it was fail then if the
problem is solve then can take master processor online
manualy and check its output as same as slave processer and
if found ok then we can take in auto mode
