AS A SLOWLY CHANGING DIMENSION OR SLOWLY GROWING DIMENSION.
THERE ARE 3 TYPES.
1.SCD TYPE1:IT STORES ONLY CURRENT DATA.
2.SCD TYPE2: IT STORES HISTORICAL DATA.
3.SCD TYPE3: IT STORES CURRENT AND PREVIOUS DATA.
