TDS IS CURRENT LAIBLITY. BCOZ WE DEDUCT TDS FROM EMPLOYEE, CONTRACTORS ETC AFTER THAT WE HAVE TO PAID IT. IN SIMPLY WORD WE CAN UNDERSTAND THAT WHATEVER WE HAVE TO PAY AND WE GET IT EARLIER THAT IS LAIBILITY.

IS THERE IS ANY EXUMTION FOR THE NEW CONCER TO NOT THE DEDUCT TDS IN THE 1st YEAR OF ITS INCORPORATION IF THE TURNVOER EXEED THE SPECIFIED LIMIT IN THE 1st YEAR.
