i have received bill from civil work contractor in that
they
charges Service tax & vat on same amount & .Please clarify

service tax only has been applicable regarding the civil
work contractors,not applicable vat and cst for the above
said works.

A Norwegian Company rents some equipment to a customer in India. The Norwegian Company does not have an office in India.
