We start testing after SRS and Test Plan is completed.

To Stop testing we follow some considerations like:
1. Testing Budget.
2. Deadlines.
3. When certain % of Test Cases Pass.
4. When the Bug rate falls below certain level (this varies
from organization to organization)

If we have no srs, brs but we have test cases does you execute the test cases blindly or do you follow any other process?
