what is the capacity of MS outlook mailbox and outlook
express mailbox?
Answer Posted / yadhu
Theoritically Outlook mailbox (.psy file) has capacity of
33 TB, but practically it is not possible. Usually a pst
file can hold up to 2GB data for outlook 2003, 4 GB for
Outlook 2007 and 6-7 GB for Outlook 2010.
Outlook Express saves its data in .dbx files. For each
folder created in Outlook Express, a dbx file will be
created for that folder. The capacity of a dbx file is 2GB.
