In olden days reinforcing bars in concrete are not got
rusted even till now. But recently provided steel getting
rusted in concrete.
what are the probable reasons?

nowadays usage of bribery,corrupption is more in indian
contarctors,politicians like kapil sibal,yeddurappa,reddy
chaddi,chidambaram,sonia gandhi,lalu gadkari,is more so les
