What is the basic difference between Latches and Flip flops?

Latch don't need clock pulses,latch is level
triggered,latch is a device which is used as switch.
Flip flop is edge triggered,f/f is a storing
element,latches
don't need clock pulses,flip flop is used as one bit
storage element.
