what is the difference between client, customer and end-user?
Answer Posted / kenneth
Clients buy your services. Customers buy your product. End
users use the products or services sold.
PS: Software is a product.
Examples: Lawyer has clients because he gets paid for his
services not a product.
Car salesman has customers because he gets paid for the
cars he sales not the services he provides.
End Users can be found in either Client base or Customer
base groups. Either group could be purchasing the services
or product for themselves or for someone else who actually
intends on using said product or services.
