Mount Point
in unix/linux/solaris box we used to call as mount points
and is the place where Files and folders will be stored.
File system
file system is different.example NTFS/EXT3/EXT2/ and etc
Each mount point may have different filesystem based on
requirement.
filesystem can be defined as way(format)the files are stored
on disk
