As far as i know, i had come across the following tenders.
1. Limited Tenders - Only offers from registered vendors
will be accepted / invited.
2. Open / Public Tenders - Any company fulfilling
qualification criteria can participate, Mostly Companies
present in India only.
3. Global / International Tenders - Offers from
international companies are invited, basically an constorium
model will be appreciated.
P.S : Please correct me if i was wrong.
