An electrical circuit is a part of network which consists of
circuit elements , providing one or more closed paths for
the current to flow.
A network is just the collection of all the circuit elements
and measuring instruments and their connection.
Network is the general word while circuit is part of it.
Network helps in analysis while circuit gives a fixed output
for fixed input.
