If A can complete a work in 6 hours, and B can complete it in

A's 1 hour's work=1/6
B's 1 hour's work=1/8
(A+B)'s 1 hour's work=(1/6+1/8)=7/24
Both A and B will finish the work in 24/7=3 3/7 days
