I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.

Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option? I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview. I have got rejected my visa after issuing it the next day.bcoz they found my toefl test as fake.they took my toefl test score card and made me to write a letter of agreeing this misrepresentation of document.they have returned my passport by putting a cancelled stamp on issued visa stamp.can i have any chances to get visa again with genuine test score card.
