Service Tax is the Tax imposed on the services provided by
different sectors/services provided by Central Government
and comes under the category of Indirect Tax & is
calculated on gross amt for categorised sectors accordingly.

IS THERE IS ANY EXUMTION FOR THE NEW CONCER TO NOT THE DEDUCT TDS IN THE 1st YEAR OF ITS INCORPORATION IF THE TURNVOER EXEED THE SPECIFIED LIMIT IN THE 1st YEAR.
