Just do following.
1. SQL> alter database create standby controlfile
as 'C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\orad
ata\stan\control.sty';
2. copy the standby control file to standby location and
rename as to what is in the initsid.ora file.
3. starup mount;
Its should able to open the database or put it in recover
managed standby database mode
