the main difference is
"accounts means recording of day-to-day transactions in chronological way through this the company or organization prepares some statements like income statements cash inflow / outflow statements
and comes to finance "it looks over the company over all finance position like how to raise funds from different sources and how to allocate these all to different departments in the organization.
and which project was to be undertake which one give best and better financial return these all should be evaluate by the finance dept., in the organization
