now a days most of the electrical appliances are electronically operated which consume very less power ,so i think we dont need the additional 3rd pin

why constant voltage transformer should be start without load? and if started then what will happen?
why 3 phase is converted into 2 phase using electronics circuit why not 2 phases are diresctly putted from the 3 phase transformer??
