There is FLexGrid in VB.Net,
Click Tools-Choose Tools Items-Com Components
in this Tick Microsoft FlexGrid...
Click only OK,
Now you will see the Cursor Changing With Flexgrid icon Like,
double Click anywhere on the Form and You have it,
From now on You will See Flexgrid on the Tools List Last,
Or Reinstall vb.Net Full Version,
