Hi ,
I am Shradha from hazaribag. I am choosing HR as my career
option because its provide me a great opportunity to
communicate with other peoples. It is also very interisting
and enjoying career option for me.I think i can better
understand human psychology.I have patience which hilp me
to better handle employees problem & i can bridge the gap
between management and empioyees.
