Strength: Easily adaptable to the environment and going
straight to the point and working towards a goal.
weakness: Deep observation of others.
Remedy to overcome weakness: being positive helps to
maintain and improve my relation ships in a team and it
becomes a positive encouragement from me to others as for my
observation skills.
