is there any change in discharge coefficient of
venturimeter according to fluid and how?

To compensate the losses we introduce a factor i.e
coefficient of discharge which is always less than one.
Coefficient of discharge is the ratio of actual discharge and
theoretical discharge. mathematically discharge can be
written as area multiplied by velocity which means
coefficient of discharge depends on velocity of the fluid
flowing through pipe, so there will be change in discharge of
coefficient of venturimeter depending on the viscosity of
fluid which is different for different fluids. Its value
generally varies from 0.61 to 0.65, as thumb we take its
value as 0.62
