what is the different between counterpoise earthing and pipe
earthing?
Answer Posted / k.prakashchandra
Counterpoise earthing is employed in broadcasting
stations. The earthing wires are insulated and laid above the
ground in many directions radially. The capacitance of the
wires acts as earthing for high frequency waves without
energy loss.I have only seen them and do not know much about
the theory.
