4% VAT A/C Dr 450/-
To TVS co., A/c 11,700/-
(Being invoice bills received from TVS co. and 4% VAT is calculated on that invoice)

My question is that can i taken input credit of service tax of telephone bill & courier bill & labour contractore bills in exemption Area.
in insolvency we have to prepare deficiency account but why we do not prepare this account as per general principle i.e Dr Cr To By etc , and deficiency account is which account?
