There're several reasons why I wish to set off overseas.
First and foremost enriching my language awareness and
familiarizing with rich mingling of people of different
ethnic groups, their customs and living standards.
In addiion visiting abroad would be a big novelty for me,
and novelties can make our insipid and lackluster living
more vivacious.
Life's complex, replete with myriad of vicissitudes, you
never know what may happen next day, so I'd rather adjust
to the independent. So visiting abroad would be a
fundamental premise of boosting my personal skills and
experiencing myself in unfamilliar surroundings.
First and foremost my aspiration to visit abroad is
inspired by educational aims. Foreign universities tend to
offer very attractive scholarships for laudable learners.
Hence, studying abroad seems to be a pecuniary advantage
for parsimonious families and students' frugality
motivations. So, if you have an aspiration to accomplish
something worthwhile in your career-path, you'd better go
to remote location in order to study because it has more
optimal conditions and better perspectives for receiving
fluent education.
Well, I'm interested in the most common hobbies and sorts
of my peer's entertainment. I wonder what strategies they
have to develop their career-path and create a prosperous
future.
I'm interested in people's psychology, so visiting abroad
would enlighten me about what human attributes foreign
appreciate and what they abhor.
Well, in denouement, we'll surmise that aforementioned
factors have a profound impact on my decision to set off
overseas for certain period of time.

Hi, I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks

I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?
