Load Testing -- Testing application upto specified Load..
means if system can withstand 1000 users then we will test
upto 1000 user to check whether systems work properly or
not.

Stress Testing --Testing application beyond specified
Load... For above example.. we will check beyond 1000 users
to check at what point systems degrades or crashes...
