Hi ,
SAPOSCOL stands for SAP Operating System Collector and if
it is not started the command to see whether SAPOSCOL is
running or not One should make use of TCode "SMX" which
will give a brief description of Background jobs and
OSCollector running instance.One can even cancel jobs
through "SMX" Tcode.
