Specifically for interview (brief):
I am __.I am a science graduate from P.U. Chandigarh.I have recently completed my M.B.A. from Chandigarh Business School with specialization in H.R. I had my training in ___company under ___ area of H.R. During my college grooming sessions in different areas i participated and won prizes in ____ competitions.
Some managers are of the view not to use 'myself' instead of 'I am' because it is not acceptable at international level.
Secondly some managers think that telling about the family in 'brief introduction' is not acceptable but yes if you are asked 'introduce yourself' than you may go ahead with your family information.

hi friends... this is priya.i had 1 year of experiance in manual testing from jan-dec 2011 in a reputed level 5 MNC and my CTC was 3.25LPA . recently i cleared 2 rounds of technical interviews and in few more days i will have hr interview in a CMMI level3 company... in hr interview they may ask about expected ctc.what i should answer for this question? i had more than a year gap, so what package i can expect? same CTC or some % of hike or as per the company norms?
