Firstly, Organize groups and make competition with each groups.
Secondly, Select the best performer in different skills.
Thirdly, make them busy all the time to study or do
something useful for them, in order to avoid home sick,
drinking alcohol etc.
Fourthly, give recognition to performer and provide more
time and discussion with the non-performer to perform better
than the performer, so that none of them left at the bottom.
