Hello All,
My B1/B2 visa is 2 times rejected in a year so that can I
apply it third time. visa consoller didn't give any specific
reason only told that you didn't convince the visa consoller
if i will applied third time then what's impact on it.
Please suggest me

I'm German Citizen. Our Visa was denied 3 times and I think
I will not apply for another one. There is no time period
between the Visas. We have a vacation home in the US, and we
think this is the main reason, they think we will stay
because of this. They shouldn't allow non citizens to buy
anything when they take taxes and then reject each Visa
application. This cost money and nerves. The person who
interviewed us denied to take my documents, just looked at
it for one second and said he has a very good memory. They
think they are greater than God. This all has nothing to do
with your Nationality if Indian, German or whatever they
have the power. Even if you will get a Visa the guy who
stamps your passport can reject you and send you back thats
the power of the USA.

Hi I have been denied for a us visa 2012 for an organization conference, but i was not told by the visa officer if it was fake document for the conference. Can i still have the opportunity to apply for a visa again ?

Hi, I have applied the form for US visa. In this form i applied for a business visit visa(B1/B2). Although when i went to schedule the interview date the clas type B1/B2 falls under 2 categories(purpose of travel)i.e Business and Tourist. I cannot manage to get an interview date with Business but i can through Tourist(B1/B2) class visa. Can i go ahead an schedule an appointment through this way

Hi, I am working for AllState India since from 1.8 years(Overall 4.8 years of experience) and I had applied for B1 visa during Jan-2014 and it got rejected coz of 214(b) section.I would like to brief about the questions that are asked during my interview. 1.Why I am travelling to USA. 2.For how many days you are travelling. *Ans*: 8 weeks (as mentioned in my invitation letter) and the purpose of travelling . 3. Interviewer felt the period is very long and cross questioned me why such a long period. *Ans* : Repeated the same reason as said above with elaboration. 4. Again cross questioned , the said schedule is only for 4 weeks and what is the schedule for remaining 4 weeks. *Ans*:Repeated the above answer. (May be here i went wrong) 5. Asked about my overall experience,Domain knowledge , took all relevant documents and come back with the rejection form. :-( Now its 9 months passed , so shall I reapply for B1 again? If so , what are the things I need to considered before re-applying? I am still working in the same company (AllState India) , but this time I am suppose to get the invitation letter just for 1 week and in April-2014 my salary also got increased(even my manager mentioned he will change the designation as well in the invitation letter). My self was appeared twice for US visa interview and authority has rejected without any reason disclose, my self was going for business purpose to see the my vessel loading and meeting with the suppliers and i was carring the invitation letter from my supplier but authority rejected & only say "sorry for this time" .
