Hi,
My client wants that below mentioned business process in
SAP system.How its is possible? if possible pls. inform me
how? other wise how buyer knows PR raised by user group.
when PR raised by user group in company. that PR
automatically commuicate to respective buyer of their
comany.

if your client is runing MRP for all PR's with out manual
PR's then it can be done by running MRP in SAP after
running MRP PR will genarate after that RFQ will genarate
to that PR and this RFQ will send automatically to the
approved vendor according to quota arrangments by workflow.
this is possiable only when vendor is also having SAP.
