The output of a transformer will be dependent on the power
factor of secondary,but this power factor varies depending
upon load ,hence the rating is not specified in
kilowatts,instead indicated by the product current and
voltage called VA RATING and is indicated in KVA

Practical condition in 400KV Sub station:- Breaker(open) , isolator(open), Earthing (close) at both end e.g A & B.
